Refunds Policy

In accordance with European law, you have a right to cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all labels on it.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to purchases of:

  • perishable goods
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed

This means e-liquids, shortfills, nicotine shots, PG/VG bottles that are sealed or have a child resistant packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

This means products such as drip tips, empty pods, disposable vape kits (Puff bars), rechargeable batteries (18650s and similar) cannot be returned or refunded. 

Shipping cost refunds

Shipping costs incurred by you, when you purchased an item online from us, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to send back a product?

Please do not ship any item back to us without first taking contact with us at support@vapeware.ie. We will send you further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at support@vapeware.ie with:

  • Copy or picture of a proof of purchase
  • Reason for the return (for our information only)
  • Pictures or a short video demonstrating the problem. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

As a general rule, all “hardware” items purchased online or in store are covered by a 90 days warranty period, which starts from the moment you pick up your items in store or receive them at your delivery address. 

Some items however are NOT covered by warranty, in particular consumable items, such as, but not exclusively:

  • E-liquids, shortfills, nicotine shots
  • VG / PG base
  • Tanks (Except DOA)
  • Empty pods, premade coils
  • Disposable pod systems
  • Rechargeable batteries

Items damaged by yourself, whether they have been physically broken or damaged, dropped to the floor, submerged in water etc… are not covered by warranty. 

Important Note: For vape kits, mods, pod systems, tanks, it is very important that you keep the box the item was sold in, and that you do not remove any of the labels on the box. Without the original packaging we will be unable to process your claim. 

In order to initiate a claim under the warranty policy, please ensure you have your purchase receipt or invoice. 

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at support@vapeware.ie with:

  • Copy or picture of a proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Pictures or a short video demonstrating the problem. 

If it appears to us that warranty clauses apply, we will either issue a refund to you or replace the item if possible. 

We generally do not ask for items under warranty to be shipped back to us.

Returning items purchased in store.

Should you have any change of mind after your shortly after your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it directly, as long as the item is still new, unused, sealed, in it’s original packaging. 

If your purchased item is “dead on arrival”, misfunctioning, missing parts… please return it as soon as possible with your proof of purchase. 

Note however that for health and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanging e-liquids, nicotine shots, VG/PG. 

Items of an intimate nature, such as empty pods or pre-made coils for example can still be returned if they are sealed.
